By having a painless and quick bone density exam to identify your risk, you can take appropriate measures to prevent or reduce the impact of osteoporosis. May is National Stroke Awareness Month Stroke is the 3rd leading cause of death in the U.S. and the leading cause of long-term disability. Stroke therapy is a promising new method for treating stroke. Carotid (or vertebral) artery stenting is a procedure used to prevent stroke in people who have atherosclerosis in these arteries.

Join INVISION & Sally Jobe Breast Centre at Southwest Healthpark on Friday, June 20, for a Ladies Night Out to improve the health and happiness of women soon-to-be or currently in their 40s. This hip, fun event will highlight what to expect for your first mammogram and offer exams for women needing to get current on their annual check-up. Free food, cocktails, fashion makeovers, anti-aging tips and bra sizing are just a few of the female-focused, fun activities planned!
