Physicians' Resources
In our continuing search for improved imaging techniques, we never lose sight of what is most important today: ensuring that our patients and referring physicians are provided with highly skilled, clinically superior and geographically convenient diagnostic services in a well-managed environment.
Sub-Specialized, Highly Trained Radiologists
RIA/INVISION is a collaboration of many of the finest board certified radiologists in the country and prides itself on its innovative approach to imaging.
Our sub-specialized radiologists are highly trained in a specific area of diagnostic imaging. Many have had fellowships in a radiology sub-specialty, allowing them to develop considerable expertise in a particular area and earn additional certification. This focus enables them take a “narrow and deep” approach with their skills, which in turn enables them to identify problems, or a lack of them, more efficiently and accurately. You can be assured that a radiologist trained in that modality will read your patient’s images.
Our radiologists also maintain memberships in various societies to continue refining their skills. Many have received national recognition for their publications, text books and other contributions in their sub-specialties.
Compassionate Staff and Convenient Locations
INVISION has several convenient imaging centers throughout the South Denver Metro area. We have eight Sally Jobe/INVISION breast centers and five facilities for general radiography. We recently opened the INVISION Vascular and Interventional Clinic which focuses on the treatment of varicose veins, as well as other interventional procedures.
By choosing INVISION, you are ensuring that your patients will get their exams done in a customer service oriented environment by experienced, compassionate technologists and radiologists.
Cooperative Spirit for Excellent Patient Care
We work closely with other physicians to formulate the best avenues for patient diagnosis, management and ongoing care and are always available for consultation.
Cutting Edge Imaging Equipment and Radiology Procedures
INVISION prides itself on maintaining the equipment and infrastructure necessary to consistently provide high quality images, accurate diagnoses, responsive 24x7 service, and convenience.
INVISION provides state-of-the-art equipment, including 3 high-field MRI’s, 1 high-field open MRI, 3 CT's, ultrasound, pain management and diagnostic x-ray. We are constantly evaluating new technologies that can improve our patient care. For example, we are currently implementing digital mammography with computer-aided detection at all our breast center facilities.
Our radiologists are leaders in performing newer, cutting edge procedures that may aid in the diagnosis and treatment of various conditions. We offer MRI guided breast biopsies, as well as yttrium-90 microsphere embolization for the treatment of cancer and endovascular laser therapy for the treatment of varicose veins. We also participate in clinical trials which enable us to provide patients with the most promising exams and treatments currently available.
Leaders in Teleradiology
Radiology Imaging Associates has been a pioneer in the creation of a teleradiology network to provide high-speed image transfer between the hospitals and outpatient facilities we serve. Once the studies have been completed, they can then be transmitted to a particular radiological and interventional specialist for interpretation. This network also makes it possible for rural health care facilities to transmit studies to RIA for specialty consultation. We also can give physicians access to images and reports via the internet, right in their own offices within minutes of the exam being completed.
The InteleViewer is the program used by INVISION for the transfer of images and reports between us and referring physicians and hospitals. Learn more about InteleViewer to see if you’d like to participate in our teleradiology program.
