RIA and Invision Sally Jobe Specialty Centers
Invision Sally Jobe is constantly searching for new programs to enhance the quality of service we provide to our community. Our goal is to continuously increase the quality level of patient care.
To achieve that goal, we have created several radiology specialty centers that focus on the unique needs of a particular group or illness. The radiologists and clinical staff at these specialty centers are intimately familiar with the emotional and physiological needs of their patients. They are trained and very experienced in the exams and procedures performed at their centers. They are also passionate about their work and ability to help people.
Invision Sally Jobe Breast Network
Drs. William Jobe and Steve Parker had a vision in the 1980s to revolutionize the delivery of breast diagnosis and care. They developed the nationally recognized Invision Sally Jobe at the Centrum DTC breast center; for years, they have trained national and international physicians in the techniques they developed.
Invision Sally Jobe has since opened several breast imaging centers in the South Denver Metro area. In addition to the original Invision Sally Jobe at the Centrum DTC, we also have 8 other locations.
The Risk Assessment and Prevention Program at Invision Sally Jobe was added to our comprehensive list of services in January 2009. This program provides detailed risk assessment and genetic counseling/testing related to breast and other types of cancer. Currently, these services are offered at the Centrum DTC location in Suite 200E.
Vein & Laser Center
RIA Endovascular is a leader in providing minimally-invasive methods for treating varicose veins. The Vein & Laser Center is dedicated exclusively to treating varicose veins using the most current treatments available. We know that varicose veins can diminish your quality of life and pose serious health risks. We offer methods for minimizing varicose veins that won't interfer with your normal activities.
Neuro Interventional Surgery Group
RIA radiologists offer 24 hr/day, 7 day/week catheter-directed intra-arterial therapy for acute stroke using the latest thrombolytic agents and mechanical devices. The Neuro Interventional Surgery group, headed by Drs. Don Frei, Dan Huddle, and Richard Bellon, also uses the latest advancements in imaging techniques to ensure rapid diagnosis of acute stroke as early as possible.
The Neuro Interventional Surgery group also performs these advanced procedures as a preventive measure to reduce the risk of stroke in patients with aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and vascular abnormalities in the brain.
Interventional Cancer Treatment
The focus of the Interventional Oncology Treatment group is the minimally invasive treatment of your cancer. Our interventional radiologists perform image guided tumor ablation with the most current imaging techniques. These range from focal ablation of a single tumor to treatment of the entire organ with embolization or infusion therapy. RIA/Invision Sally Jobe participates in national trials and we publish our data.
Uterine Fibroid Embolization
One of the specialties of RIA Endovascular is the minimally invasive treatment of uterine fibroids. Our radiologists use an image-guided, non-surgical technique called uterine fibroid embolization for treating fibroids. This treatment can help you overcome the pain and discomfort of uterine fibroids with less down time, no scarring, and a greater likelihood of preserving fertility than surgery.
Thyroid Clinic
The Invision Sally Jobe Thyroid Clinic specializes in thyroid cancer testing. They help patients through the testing process by providing continuity of service and care. Patients can go to the same clinic and see the same staff for all diagnostic imaging exams. Invision Sally Jobe staff members are sensitive to the patients' need for fast answers - they will get you scheduled quickly and call you directly with your results.
